저와 함개 음악으로 소통햇던 마인드밴드 친구들이 연주의 무대 선단은 기쁘고 *뿌듯한 소식을 듣고 인사 전해드립니다.
Here to greet you all in response to the *satisfying and happy news that our MIND Band friends, who have been communicating with me through music, are taking the stage tonight to perform.

*뿌듯 (bpoodeut) = sometimes you'll see this on BTS content like in little floating, cute-font, text (just this word) - it means a feeling of deep satisfaction/pride over something you've done or someone you're proud of; often you'll see this hovering over the shoulder of one of the BTS members gazing lovingly at one of the other members as they win an award or give a speech or do something impressive OR you might see if after one of the members did something and they're feelin pretty good about it.. so to just say "satisfaction" leaves it feeling a little incomplete because there's this deep sense of warmth and like warm fuzzies that goes along with this word

먼저 우리 밴드 멤버들에게 전하고 싶은 말이 있습니다.
First, I'd like to say something to our band members

초등부 건우 예림이 지환이 도현이 그리고 고등부 원우 시안이
Elementary school division: Geonwoo, Yerim, Jihwan, Dohyun / High school division: Wonwoo, Sian
(not sure if this is the exact spelling of all their names because it's based on what I could hear)

다들 잘 지내고 있지? 민 쌤이야
All doing well, right? It's Teacher Min

다들 그동안 연습하느라 정말 수고 많았다.
You've all been working so hard practicing all this time.

무대에 서는 게 조금 떨릴 수 있겠지만 우리가 같이 악기 연주했던 날들을 생각하면 선생님은 걱정이 없어.
It might feel a little nerve-wracking to be on stage but when I think back on the days we played our instruments together, I have NO worries.

수은이와 준성이는 아직 직접 만나보지 못했지만
Although I haven't met Sueun and Junsung in person yet,
연습을 정말 열심히 했다고 들었는데
I've heard that you've been practicing really diligently
우리 마이밴드가 무대에서 마음껏 즐길 모습을 상상하니 쌤도 정말 설렌다
[just] thinking about our Mind Band playing their hearts out on stage gets me really pumped up too!

앞으로 음악을 통해 멋진 꿈을 펼쳐 나가길 쌤이 항상 응원할게
I'll always be rooting for you all to be able to (literally, unfold)push for/unfold/pursue your greatest dreams through music

그리고 이번 공연에 드림위드 앙상블 밴드가 세션으로 함께 해주는데요
And for this performance, Dream With Ensemble Band will be joining this session

또 천근아 사장님, 강훈철 어른이 병원장님, 이산길 대외 협력사장님을 비롯해 많은 도움을 주신 ??? 공연 준비에 힘 써주신 모든 분들께도 깊이 감사드립니다.
Also, to CEO Cheon Keun-Ah, Director Kang Hoon-chul of Children's Hospital, CEO Lee San-gil of External Affairs, and everyone else who contributed their great efforts to prepare for the ??? performance and provided so much help, I extend my deepest gratitude.

마인드 밴드 창단 공연을 진심으로 축하드립니다.
From the bottom of my heart, huge congratulations to the Mind Band's performance celebrating its formation

the wording in English kinda wounds a bit clunky - but it is a concert to both introduce and celebrate the founding of the MIND Band - so if we get down to the nitpicky grammar, he is congratulating both - the founding of the band at all AND the concert itself -now unfolding TO commemorate that effort

오늘 이 공연이 마인드 밴드와 여러분 모두 음악을 통해 마음을 나눌 시작이자
May today's performance mark the beginning of a time of *connecting deeply through music for the Mind Band and all of you

*마음을 나눠(maeumeul nanwuh) = *literally "sharing our heart" - i mean you can hear it as "sharing our heart" too as that's not incorrect but a better interpretation would be to "connect deeply"

앞으로 이어질 모든 여정에 따뜻한 용기와 영감을 불어넣는 첫 페이지가 되길 바랍니다.
I hope [today's performance] becomes the first page that breathes warm courage and inspiration into all the journeys that lie ahead.

오늘 이 뜻깊은 여정에 함께해 주신 모든 분들께 감사드리며
Thank you to everyone that has come together to be part of this meaningful journey today,
