for all my Korean language learners, this might sound familiar to you

the highlighted lyric in dis(ease) by BTS, a song about the paradox of being restless when not working, but exhausted when working.., in j-hope's verse, he talks about how uneasy he feels for ever taking a break and feeling like such a bum/like he's dropping all the balls if he stops to rest.. but he still finds himself having to rest and feels this self-oriented dissatisfaction over being 'a bum that still makes sure he eats all 3 meals'

this concept of 3meals a day can be used just to literally describe a well balanced diet/eating habits in general with no negative/positive innuendo but when not being used literally, it's often cited in contexts when someone is putting down someone else for being like.. an unemployed/lazy/unproductive bum that somehow still makes sure they eat 3x a day.. to emphasize someone who is really only concerned with just securing enough to remain complacent/lazy and not working hard beyond that

in RM's case, he's using it just literally to refer to eating 3x/day per dieting reasons;; in dis(ease) it is the second way

Further broken down, it's "어이" which is a sino-Korean word that means 'sense/reasoning' but is not really used outside this phrase/use case anymore, "없네" means "doesn't exist/there is not" so it's this expression that, depending on delivery/tone can be like trolling friends (in this case) or can be used to express like incredulity in more serious criticisms..

fun fact? embarrassing fact? when I first heard Dynamite on the radio (I knew it was sung by a group known as BTS and that they were Korean but I was nowhere near ARMY yet) but anyway.. the first time I heard the lyrics I thought they said "shining through the city with a little fucking song" and i was like wow this song starts with milk in the morning followed by some light ping pong to just dropping f bombs but it's so wholesome otherwise?? i didn't know until like TWO WHOLE YEARS later what the actual lyrics were L.M.A.O. #forshame
