*귀 빠진 날 (gwee bbajin nal): literally "the day my ear fell off", a Korean saying that refers to when a baby is birthed, their ears are still soft and sorta pressed into their head (looks like they don't have any ears) and over time, their ears grow out - so sometimes people refer to the day of birth as the day their ear popped off.... but tbh i have not heard this in a LONGGGG time loll

Today ..I didn't sleep very well last night
I was like tossing and turning
I think I fell asleep around 2 AM
I went to bed around 2 and kept tossing and turning
I woke up around 9 like, "Why can't I sleep?" and got a bit stressed

Did cardio...
Went for a run for my cardio in the morning.. washed up
Then.. went for poke... then worked out again....
Lifted.. then as soon as I was done lifting I did more cardio...
Then went for kbbq...
