You may have heard/will hear the hyungs calling any of their dongsengs this word in BTS (and in other groups, kdramas, etc.) - it's more commonly used with little kids (regardless of gender) and then after a certain point, more with men than women, kinda exactly like the word 'punk' (at least my experience of that word growing up in America - little kids, then mostly young men/men) there are other similarly endearing/insulting words used among women loll but we'll cross that bridge later
