My commentary in green. Pure. Chaos.
I'll be using the following abbreviations for the members: RM, Jin, hobi= j-hope, Jm= Jimin, V, JK

Jimin looks like a fairy, RM looks like I'd let him ruin my life [he'donlymakeitbetter]. JK lowkey looks like mothergoose and is adorable and I am destroyed. V looks like a statue as per usual. j-hope has disappeared into the abyss.

hobi: why's there so much black? (they're all like wearing black and he's wearing the reddest red to ever red)

Jm: this isn't working

hobi: guys.. something smells weird here.. should we move?
V: okay let's go
Jm: it's so windy.. was this is a good decision we made?
RM: you said let's turn it on!
V: of course it is... hey everyone
Jm (to RM): hahaha "you said let's turn it on" is a bit..
hobi (pointing to RM): this kid was dragged here.. he has to go to the doctor but he was kept from leaving

RM ::shriveling into himself::
JK ::never missing an opportunity to caress his biggest crush::
JK: why? where?? (presumably looking for why RM is going to the dr)

hobi: ???
RM: i have to go to the doctors..
hobi to V: Taehyungah, how's it feel since it's your birthday?
V: ahh, i feel good
RM: happy birthday bro

*고생했어 (gosenghaesuh) = you've endured a lot; you've worked really hard; you've been through a lot - it's basically something you say to someone you just want to acknowledge for their efforts at all - it's common to say this to a colleague/junior after a solid day's work together

To express this to a superior/older person you'd say 고생하쎳어요 (gosenghashyussuhyo)

V: we should ..in 10 years or in the last year.. do this again...

Jm: ...happy birthday

V: yea it's tomorrow (idk what is tmrw..V's birthday is 12/30)

RM: it's your birthday, do you have a wish?
V: well first of all.. mm..
Jm: wow it's pretty today..
V: next year..

V: it's to visit as many ARMY as possible

V: no but for me - I celebrated my [in the military] birthday twice..

V: cuz i enlisted on the [December] 11th [2023]

RM: isn't it normally that way?
hobi: cuz it's only two..
Jm: no we only spent 1 [birthday]

Jm (to V): shoot you really went through it huh..

V: hold this [the phone] for a bit ..ughh it's cold
Jm (takes it right away)
hobi: okay let's all take turns being the camera stand from now on..
RM: okay!

RM: so we just wrapped choreography practice..
JK: we wrapped choreography practice and were on our way to go home..
hobi: Taehyungie wanted to do this together so..
RM/JK/hobi: we all got dragged here to do this
RM: we actually already wished him a happy birthday and everything

V ::being the smuggliest of the smugglies amidst his members who adore him::

Jm: ya.. holding the phone makes you cold huh..

j-hope is VISIBLY shiveringgg (everyone else is wearing a coat but him, he's only in a hoodie) and at the first mention of Jimin being cold this angel RUNS to grab it next

but then upon seeing hobi run towards the phone, knowing j-hope is literally freezing and not wearing a coat, RM runs up to grab the phone instead and actively keeps hobi from being able to do it cuz he'd be cold

hobi::has the phone for a second::

RM: j-hope, you are the MOST cold..
hobi: no no no it's okay
RM: no no no it's okay.. ::takes the phone from j-hope::

JK: and so what..
Jm: and..?
JK: [now that he has the phone] what is namjoonie hyung just runs away like this

RM::plays along and starts to "run away"::

V (to Jm): what are you gonna do today?
Jm: ?? what am i gonna do?? I wanna eat food..i'm so hungry

RM (to V): but why did you turn it on vertically, if you'd turned it on horizontally we would've comfortably all fit in the frameee
V::whines:: cuz i just usually do it verticallyyy

hobi to V: YOU should speak moree
V: well first off.. i'll .. today.. .

JK to RM: isn't your hand cold? (so in love. me too boba, me too)

V: and so yea.. everyone, thank you for the birthday wishes

RM: skrtt
hobi: ...what was that?
Jm: that's how you're gonna end this??
V: everybody say one thing ::zooms in on Jm:

BTS::sings happy birthday to V while V breaks it down in the center::

hobi: yo jin hyung came so we had to start it over again!
Jin: no cuz i was headed to the roof but then heard the kids (BTS) were one floor below
JK: not yet not yet not yet

*아직 (ahjik) = not yet, he says this like MANY times because ppl are probably not 'in' the live yet

V: no they're here now

V grabbing Jin: Jin hyung, please come to the front and give an introduction/greet
Jin being dragged: Taehyungie happy birthday (in KOR), 95, happy birthday (in ENG)
RM: ah right now Yoongi hyung's not in good condition so
hobi: that's right, Yoongi hyung is not here
RM: so he couldn't say anything (aka his birthday wishes on this live)
V: oh yea, he left

Jin: you know what's funny about today..

Jin: we did the cake for Taehyungie..

RM (piling onto the lie): we shared ours one by one

Jin: I'm so cold though..

please watch them all turn into a blob of cute as they all huddle around their frozen little mat hyung whom they've tricked into sharing

Jin: I hope great things happen for our members and our ARMY and that always ...happy people.. were everywhere ::they're squeezing the life out of Jin:: AND for our members we have to take another family photo - I have a 'member zone' but I don't have a new photo from this year

they keep saying 눕기다 (noopgida) ...which if it's not some kind of meme or recent ref is a weird way of saying like 'laying down' or 'to lie down'.....so i think they're saying to photoshop sugi lying down? but i'm not sure

Jin: we can ask AI to do it
RM::verbal zoomies again:: noopgidarinoopgida (he's chanting this to the 'tune/rhythm' of a popular Korean game where you say koongkoongdari koongkoongda)

V (not letting any members have a moment of peace): JungKookie hasn't shared his new year's wish ..Jung Kook come to the middle ..say yours.. (pushing him to the front)
Jung Kook (refusing to let go of Jin/Jimin or move): wanna comeback ASAPPP and just do our activities (V is mushing his head and has made JK's beanie cover his eyes)
Jm: oh yea? GOOD JOB!!

so i've seen a lot of ARMY theorize that this 'GANG!' is a spoiler because of Jin/Jimin's reactions..

Jimin quietly repeats him and chuckles and Jin stares at him like he's lost his mind LMAOO

this is just MY opinion - but in all sincerity, to me, it seems like they were reacting that way because it was cringey/dorky AF not because it was a spoiler lmaooo

of course, i could be wrong. but ...lowkey i don't think I am/hope I'm not because BTS has been known to **not resort to lyrics that don't fit their backgrounds beyond their work from their youngest days when they were still learning the landscape/intersection of kpop/rap/hiphop ..if they did some kinda gun lyric situation in their new music.. i think i'd be deeply confused unless it was thoughtfully political/ironic.. which i suppose is fully possible

BTS ::sings happy birthday again::

hobi: ya.. now i'm tired..
Jin: every time we turn it on we lose a person
(RM has left to go to his doctor's appt)
V::laughs::
Jm: okay i'm gonna be the next one to drop off - imma go home now
V: now who wants to do ??(i can't hear)
