생일이네요 후후
It's my birthday huhu

작년엔 생일에 감사드린다고 인사도 제대로 못 드렸는데
Last year, I couldn’t even properly greet you to say thank you on my birthday...

올해는 할 수 있게 되어 너무 좋습니다
so I’m really happy to be able to [greet you] this year.

올해 정말 좋은 일들이 많았어요
So many great things happened this year.

솔로 앨범도 냈고 콘서트도 했고
I released a solo album, I had a concert,

우리 멤버들도 군대에서 모두 큰 사고없이 돌아왔어요.
and all our members returned from the military safely without any major issues.

얼마나 감사한 한 해인지요.
What a year - I'm so grateful

덕분에 큰 일 없이 다시 생일이 돌아왔네요 하하
Thanks to you, without '*any real problems,' I get to experience another birthday

*큰 일 (keun il)=literally "big" "job," but it means like "big catastrophic event" or "real problem" and people use this in situations when there's big drama, an accident, etc. something 'big/terrible' - but also! people, especially older folk, could also use this ...kinda hyperbolically to be overdramatic

for example, you might hear it a lot in dramas when some grandma or mother-in-law is losing her sht over her grandson/son getting romantically involved with some woman 'below' their family's elite circle etc. or something of that nature

well.. i'm always saying this but...

우리 아미여러분들 덕분에 이렇게 일도 하고 늘 행복한 삶을 지내고 있어서 감사드린다고 하고 싶어요.
Because of/thanks to all of our ARMY, I get to work like this and live such a happy life every day - I just want to thank you.
