i slept around 4am and woke up around 7am and then rolled around.. on my phone and then slept around 9am and woke up around 12:30 and had a text from Taehyung asking to workout; did chest and cardio

• may be TMI but i can't run because my knees hurt too much so I just walk on a 12 incline for about 30 minutes ..burns about 300 calories; feels good to start [the workout] breaking into a sweat
• got back from working out
• today, idk - i'm thinking about going somewhere - i do have an exhibit i have to go to today, eat dinner, and then pack up and head out
• the weather is hot today

• we're having so much fun - but during the earlier part of the tour, I was filming a challenge and hurt my toe/toenail and [from that point/because of that] my condition got worse fast - for sure hurting your foot/toe requires me to uses other muscle to compensate during the tour and that's been bad, my condition got worse and i was not feeling well ..and i had body aches too

• my toe doesn't hurt but my toenail might have to come out later but don't worry
• eesh was trying hard for a challenge ughhh
• i'm going to be fineee
• it did hurt but now it's okay

well you know how the concert keeps repeating so i mean it's one thing for the viewers but it has to be fun for me too.. so we try to keep things changing - that's what's fun for us - when our clothes or hair change

Jung Kook said he learned of a great spot during his Seven promotion travels and wanted to go back so I went with him and the vibe was so nice .. like 40 floors.. and there's duck (probably duck meat?? idk) that goes on the waffle and sauce that goes with it and ooo it was so good - it was like surprising how good it was

the way I see it, the America and South American tour sites gotta *put their game face on because the response of the Europe tour has been crazyyy

*긴장해여 돼요 (ginjanghaeya dweyo) = literally, you need to 'tense up/stress out' but in context it's like you gotta get your energy up/get focused/get riled up - so the best equivalent would be 'put your game face on' because EUROPE's response has been awesome so like get ready to go hard type of thing

I'm so happy they're getting such a passionate response from every location in such unique ways. I'm sure each place will be so memorable in their own way!

...I read the instructions so you don't waste time - you have to read the instructions before you do stuff

💬what kinds of dramas are you into?
do you have recs? I downloaded 'Teach You A Lesson' before arriving cuz that's the only one I could think of that I really wanted to watch. It's fun but I haven't finished it all

10/10 recommend the watch if you're okay with a little violence - the story moves quickly and there is a major narrative woven through all the episodes but each episode has it's own arc that is swiftly dealt with within each episode so it feels really satisfying to watch
