My commentary in green.... and kinda scattered throughout this time

• (looking off screen) "are you working out?"
• proceeds to walk on a treadmill looking like a whole menace to society for what seemed like 17 business days but turned out to be less than 5 minutes
• (someone speaks to him off camera) "i'm in the middle of a live"
• oh that? I think that'll be good.. maybe not? ..I think it'll be okay though
• runs for another 6 business days ~6 minutes shining through the city with a little funk and soul, heaven help his headphones

and then i legitimately passed away as of making eye contact with this vein and woke up 3 days later... and we march on.. here we go

• it's actually so hot in Madrid so you can pretty much call it - this is gonna be chaotic..

• for fans in Korea, it's 3am - you have to go to sleep
• it's true that I go to sleep.. at like 5am but

• but still you gotta do/be "*새 나라 새 어린이"

*새 나라 새 어린이 (sae nara, sae uhrinee) =

- 새 (sae) = new
- 나라 (nara) = nation
- 어린이 (uhrinee) = children

this is a Korean phrase, literally meaning "new nation, new children" - I believe it's a slogan that developed after Korea's liberation from Japanese rule. It's the idea that a newly independent Korea needs a new generation of children who would build/rebuild the country's future afresh... and colloquially, it has come to be used in phrases like 'go be the model citizen' 'be better' (the way V is using it here) - implying that the viewers staying up til 3am should 'be a model citizen' and sleep early (even though he himself does not abide his own recommendation) silly bb bear
